Microwave ovens are one of the most important major appliances, which years ago some smart people had invented keeping in mind about the basic needs of humans which they strive and struggle from day to day life for a convenient life style. While inventing this fabulous product they might never have dreamt also about what magnificent equipment they were inventing. For years humans would use them, their invention worked out with great success. Now I don t think there is any house left who has not experienced the perfect job which is done by a microwave oven. In a microwave oven you can not only prepare food but also can preheat, grill, bake , boil and so many other tasks can be done very efficiently. Microwave ovens are largely used by the chefs in restaurants all over the world. The ovens used by them are designed big, according to their needs. These big micro wave ovens are easy to use for the chefs as they can finish their cooking in very less time. Earlier the chefs used to prepare food on the gas stoves 10-12 people worked together in one kitchen to finish up the orders of the customers. But after the invention of the microwave oven 2-3 chefs work to finish up making one order. So using microwave ovens in restaurants is a wise decision as this saves man power, energy as well as time. Even the chefs enjoy cooking in the microwave ovens and they try their best giving their customers a variety of different meals, deserts as per the orders. In these restaurants microwave ovens are fitted in such a way that the electric circuits which are used in these ovens provide high voltage for the magnetron. There are some devices also present in these microwave ovens which indicate that the food is prepared and the indicator buttons flashes automatically.
My daughter is very health conscious. She does not like to have food cooked in the pressure cookers which her granny used to cook on the cooking stoves. She insisted her father to go for a microwave oven as this is a new trend of cooking. Because of outdoor business meetings which my husband and I had to attend, we were not able to manage time to go to the nearest mall to purchase a new microwave oven for her.
